Women's Golf Association

Women Members and Spouses are eligible to join the Berkeley Women's Golf Association (WGA). Women golfers of all levels of capability from new golfers through accomplished players are invited to join the WGA.

Several tournaments of various and fun formats are held throughout the golfing season. In addition, the WGA has both 18-hole and 9-hole leagues. The 18-hole league plays on Thursdays at 8:30 am and Saturdays at 12:30 pm. The 9-hole league plays on Wednesdays at 5 pm and Saturdays at 2 pm.

The WGA uses a "Buddy System" with an experienced player assigned to each new member to help her meet other players and answer any questions about golfing with the group and general rules.

WGA members may also attend a series of clinics taught by the Club's golf professional staff. All clinics are on Saturdays at 11:00 am.
